Job Overview Mississippi Zoofari Park is looking to expand our maintenance crew! We are looking for a motivated individual who can aid in general maintenance tasks around the park. We'll rely on you to help keep our grounds, buildings, and fences in good condition by doing various odd jobs as well as aiding in the construction of new facilities. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills and comfortable around livestock. Must be professional and able to work alone as well with others. Responsibilities Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, excavators, and landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Operating farm equipment, fencing repair, welding etc. Able to perform sustained work of a physical nature, may require heavy lifting with a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to do handy work like carpentry, electrical, welding, and plumbing. General maintenance and labor such as mowing/trimming/landscaping lawn and garden, minor pool care, and taking care of trash and taking trash to the dump as needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Salary:

$15-25 per hour
