In this role, you will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, providing a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Your proactive approach to maintenance and organization will help uphold our high standards of safety and wellbeing, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our team. Responsibilities Perform thorough maintenance of all designated areas using appropriate tools and practices. Responsible for Snow Removal throughout Winter Months. Assist with facilities maintenance activities including organization, minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep to support all buildings operational needs. Animal husbandry care of livestock, horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. Operate and clean all machinery, tools, tractors, skid steers, off-road vehicles, implements and general property equipment safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Requirements Proven experience in property caretaking standards of efficiency and safety. Knowledge of safe operation of all farm and ranch related equipment. Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling activities required for facility care and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of animal husbandry skills regarding livestock, horses, dogs and chickens. Familiarity with facilities maintenance including basic repairs, painting, and related building or fence upkeep. Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
