We are looking for a reliable, organized, and mechanically inclined Part-Time Maintenance Person to help keep our company, workshop, and facilities running smoothly. This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys fixing things, keeping things organized, and helping wherever needed. Responsibilities will include general indoor and outdoor maintenance, minor repairs, workshop organization, and assisting with other practical tasks around the company. This position is ideal for someone with a broad range of mechanical, maintenance, repair, or handyman skills who takes pride in keeping things working properly and well organized. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and minor repairs inside and outside the facility Identify maintenance issues and take the initiative to correct them Keep the workshop clean, orderly, and functional Maintain and organize our well-stocked inventory of parts, components, tools, and supplies Make sure tools and commonly used components are returned to their proper locations Assist with basic mechanical, assembly, repair, and facility-related projects Help maintain outdoor areas as needed Monitor maintenance supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered Assist staff with miscellaneous projects and practical problems as they arise Help keep the overall workplace safe, organized, and running smoothly Be willing to tackle jobs both large and small—no task should be considered too minor or insignificant Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Have a broad background in maintenance, repair, mechanical work, construction, facilities, or similar hands-on work Be highly organized , particularly when working with tools, parts, and components Be dependable and able to work independently without constant supervision Have good problem-solving skills and take initiative when something needs attention Work well with others and be a cooperative team player Be willing to help wherever needed Take pride in completing even small jobs correctly Be able to safely perform the physical activities normally associated with general maintenance work Formal maintenance training is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, mechanically capable, organized, practical, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Position Details This is a part-time position starting at approximately 12-15 hours per week . The work schedule is fairly flexible and can be discussed with the successful candidate. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. We are looking for someone who can become a dependable part of our team and help us maintain an organized, efficient, and pleasant workplace.
