Our Maintenance person works closely with the Superintendent to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and will be responsible for the following:

• Repairs to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, appliances, ceramic tile and minor carpentry
• Prepare apartments for rental
• Preventative maintenance Qualifications for this position include the following:
• Professional image
• Strong mechanical and customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
