As a Building/Facility Maintenance Worker, you will work within our Maintenance department located in Trenton, Mercer County NJ.
Pay:
$20.00-$23.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
Perform Maintenance tasks Submit required documentation to office personnel Ensure timely completion of tasks Follow up with staff and consumers when necessary Maintain safe working conditions Coordinate activities with supervisory staff Supply and maintain your own basic hand tools

Philosophy Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Five years' experience working in the construction or home improvement industry preferred; Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills, some basic computer skills, trade or vocational training, RRP qualified, knowledge of building codes and OSHA training a plus Valid Driver's License in good standing. All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
