Job Description

Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time) Join our Team at Los Alamos Assisted Living! At Los Alamos Assisted Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC services as needed Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal functioning and safety Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure a seamless experience for our patients and staff Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor About the

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
