Prepare purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and assist with vendor payments. Order department supplies and maintain inventory of office materials. Assist with grant applications, bid documents, and project tracking. Maintain organized filing systems and department records. Prepare reports, forms, meeting minutes, and other correspondence. Schedule vendors for inspections, maintenance, and routine services. Maintain department training records and coordinate employee training schedules. Assist the Transportation Manager by coordinating bus routes, answering phones, routing calls, and communicating with drivers as needed. Support department operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach.
