Duties included are as follows:

maintain confidentiality, maintain maintenance logs Must meet initial and ongoing childcare hiring and training requirements Hourly, 20-30 hours per week, primarily during business hours. Must meet all MRI background and employment screenings painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing repair, able to lift 50 lbs., lawn equipment maintenance, operate power tools Maintain facilities repairs as needed effectively and efficiently. Benefits & requirements Pay-rate $16 an hour Must demonstrate experience in; painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing repair, able to lift 50 lbs., lawn equipment maintenance, operate power tools Must be 21 or older HS Diploma or GED required Pass New hire Drug-screen and future random screens if employed Successful Background results such as but not limited to, FBI/BCI, SACWIS & Sex Offender search Available for Flexible Hours/shifts Successful Health Screening, Valid Driver's License Good Driving record and keep good driving record Dependable transportation Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression. Basic computer skills
