Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager with troubleshooting and repairing greenhouse equipment and facility systems.
• Support a variety of maintenance, facility, and operational projects as needed.
• Respond to changing priorities and help wherever assistance is needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with local flower deliveries in straight truck.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Eager to learn and willing to try new things, even without prior maintenance experience.
• Comfortable with variety and changing priorities throughout the day.
• Comfortable trying to solve problems while knowing when to ask for help.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and demonstrates good common sense in the workplace.
• Interested in practical, hands-on work and takes pride in completing jobs well.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience is helpful but not required.

We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

• Starting at $18/hour with a performance review after 60-90 days.

High performers can earn up to an additional $2/hour based on reliability, initiative, attitude, and willingness to learn.
