In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces and facilities. Your expertise in grounds maintenance, will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and outdoor work experience in a fast-paced, energetic setting dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on groundskeeping equipment, power tools, and landscaping machinery to ensure optimal performance. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and safety awareness. Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in outdoor work in a maintenance capacity Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping tools, power equipment, and hand tools. Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment. Physical ability to perform manual tasks outdoors for extended periods while adhering to safety standards. Background check required.
