MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH INDUSTRIAL MACHINE INSPECTION / MAINTENANCE
What will you be doing? Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with minimize downtime and lost productivity. To install machinery and production lines and building and facility maintenance.
Job Requirements:
Proficient with the use of standard maintenance tools including hand tools, welders, torches, grinders and sanders, saws, pipe threader, tap and die sets, etc. Able to read blueprints Able to read electrical prints Able to use an electrical multi-meter Able to trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and system control problems Help develop solutions to minimize or prevent equipment breakdowns Help develop solutions to improve plant operations and productivity Perform basic wiring including wiring motor starters, both single and three phase motors Operation and programming of motor drives Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment Maintain spray guns and systems Operate tow motor Transfer material to and from the work areas if requested Use of ladders and capacity to work at heights Keeping work areas clean Follow the Rules and Regulations and Safety procedures Treat employee owners and customers with respect Criminal Background Check Drug Screen #IND123
