Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through hands-on work with various tools, equipment, and horticultural practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting and well-kept outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging Mulching and bed maintenance Pruning shrubs and small trees Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Spring and fall cleanups Weed control and landscape maintenance Operating commercial landscaping equipment Loading and unloading materials and tools Assisting with landscape construction projects when needed Maintaining a clean and safe job site Watering plant material Experience Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work well independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional overtime during peak season Why Work With Us?
