Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and modifications to our facility to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Maintenance Assistant will work closely with our management team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, painting, and repairing walls, floors, and ceilings; replacing light bulbs and fixtures; and performing minor repairs to furniture and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work is completed without disrupting regular operations. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks. Maintain a safe and clean workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
