m.) As a General Laborer & Light Maintenance technician, we are looking for an individual who has a solid work ethic, has reliable transportation to and from work, is punctual and is physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Employee must follow safety guidelines and conduct themself in a safe and professional manner. Employee will report to the Parish Director of Facilities and will assist in the day-to-day functioning as required by the Parish under the direction and guidance of the Parish "DOF".

Candidate understands that a criminal backround check will be required along with other necessary clearances for the position prior to the start of work.
Duties Laborer for landscaping maintenance & construction (includes raking and cleanup of debris, mulching, planting, and other exterior property landscaping maintenance. Could also include landscaping construction projects, (i.e demolition, trenching, shoveling, moving block, etc.) Building Maintenance tasks include but are not limited to; Changing light bulbs, Power-washing, Painting, Cleaning, Stocking shelves, Trash Removal.
Other Laborer duties include:
Setup, breakdown and storage of tables, chairs and other items for parish events. Snow Shoveling and Salting walkways along with entrances/exits of the campus buildings during snow events. Other relevant duties or special projects as assigned by the Parish Director of Facilities Skills Ability to work safely and efficiently and as a team player. Ability to work consistently and reliably on occasion in an unsupervised setting. Ability to communicate in a courteous, professional and timely manner with the Pastor & Parish Staff. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs. in weight Must have a good attitude, be honest, punctual, self-motivated and a person with integrity. Should be comfortable with using basic hand tools.
