Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundskeeping, landscaping, and general maintenance across our facilities. If you enjoy outdoor work, have a passion for grounds maintenance, and possess a proactive attitude, this position is perfect for you! You will play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and excavators with precision and safety awareness Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and identifying plant health issues Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities Support hardscape projects such as installing or repairing pathways, patios, or other outdoor structures Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work and equipment operation Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment Ability to identify various plants and understand basic horticulture principles Experience with pesticide management and safety protocol adherence for chemical handling Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus Strong physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with the ability to operate heavy equipment like excavators is preferred Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us as a Maintenance Worker to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces while building your skills in groundskeeping and landscape management.
