We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Maintenance and Repair Worker. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our hotel remains a welcoming and functional environment for all guests and staff.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and appliances as necessary.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and management to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Assist in managing inventory of supplies and tools, and coordinate with purchasing as needed for replacements or new acquisitions.
• Provide support for special projects and renovations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
• Assist with snow removal and exterior maintenance, including landscaping, as needed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
