The maintenance person will be responsible for the upkeep of the apartment buildings in Gainesville. This is a full-time position during the week 8am-4pm with on call overtime as required. General maintenance and repair worker will maintain the apartment buildings. You will paint, repair flooring, and do minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems. Some repairs listed will be completed by a professional repairman. General maintenance and repair worker may fix or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, walls, and other parts of buildings. Must have maintenance repair experience (2-5 years preferred) and basic knowledge of general repairs/make ready. Must have your own common hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and hammers to fix, replace, or repair equipment and parts of buildings. Must be able to move refrigerators, etc. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work up work areas. Must be trustworthy. Pay will be depending on experience.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be at least 18 to apply
Must have a valid driver's license.
Salary Depending on experience
