Full Job Description Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Position Summary:

The Oakmont Guest Care Center is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Hurst, TX. The Maintenance Assistant will perform general maintenance and upkeep duties on all facilities in the community, ensuring that the facilities are in a clean and safe condition, and that the community is maintained in a professional manner. •

Experience:

The Maintenance Assistant must have at least 3 years of experience in the maintenance industry. Experience in the following fields is considered an advantage but is not required: HVAC (Preferred), Building Operations (Preferred), Building Maintenance (Preferred), and HVAC Recharge (Preferred).
