Job Overview Rock Fin Minerals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at our mineral processing plant. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring safety standards, and performing routine inspections across all plant areas. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Properly use and maintain Rock Fin Minerals tools; keep the tool room organized Submit daily maintenance reports (greasing, crusher, classifier, mill, main fan, etc.) Report any shortages of supplies or materials needed for operations Maintain clear and consistent communication with the supervisor and mill operator during maintenance tasks Complete routine checklists to identify potential issues Follow proper Lockout/Tagout procedures during maintenance work Conduct daily inspections of the following areas: Crusher area Administrative building Mill area Compressor area MCC (Motor Control Center) area Macawber area Silos area Qualifications Previous maintenance or industrial experience preferred Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow procedures and complete reports accurately Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within the company Stable, full-time position

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
