Maintenance Assistant Tuscany Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - 1.0 Pearland, TX Job Details Full-time $14 - $16 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Minor electrical repair Facility maintenance painting Minor facility damage repair Electrical maintenance Woodworking Full Job Description Assist in engineering and maintenance operations of the facility and property grounds. Responds to maintenance concerns. Performs assignments related to facility's life safety systems and procedures per instructions. Performs and/or monitors maintenance and preventative maintenance projects. Responds to all building related safety concerns. Executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists. Maintain the guest rooms, public space, and property in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. Must possess knowledge of basic hand/power tool operations.
