Position Summary:

La Quinta Inn & Suites Pearsall is seeking a dependable Maintenance team member to help maintain the hotel's guest rooms, common areas, and building systems. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests through routine maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs Maintain common areas, pool, exterior lighting, and hotel equipment Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests Document completed work and report inventory or repair needs Follow safety procedures and maintain property standards

Qualifications:
