We want you to be apart of our success! Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our property's facilities. This energetic role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance across various building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to identify issues early. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and facilities equipment to ensure optimal operation. Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems accurately. Carry out carpentry, painting, welding, and other handyman tasks to maintain the building's interior appearance and structural integrity. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used using Maintenance, Repair & Operations procedures. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within a hospitality or residential environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems repair, plumbing maintenance, electrical work, carpentry, and general mechanical troubleshooting. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document issues and coordinate with team members. Pay:
