A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you help to take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you're performing carpentry, electrical, or general repair work, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life. Every day is different, and you enjoy the variety in your job!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Building maintenance skills, such as carpentry and electrical Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Is your attention to detail exceptional? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
