Maintenance Building Maintenance Technician:

General building maintenance with experience in basic plumbing, sprinkler systems, preventive maintenance, and facility repairs. Maintenance Details:

Temporary position $25.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:00pm) Performed general building maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing and sprinkler system maintenance. Conducted routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure building systems operated safely and efficiently. Responded to maintenance requests, maintained equipment, and supported overall facility operations while following safety standards.

Maintenance Qualifications:

General building maintenance and repair Basic plumbing and sprinkler system knowledge Preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hand and power tools Work order and maintenance request management Safety compliance and OSHA awareness Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks Excellent time management and teamwork Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
