Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Helper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the maintenance department by assisting with repairs, inspections, and routine upkeep of our manufacturing facilities. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Principal Duties - The successful maintenance helper may perform any of the following: Assist in routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing minor repairs, and ensuring that all tools and parts are readily available for more complex interventions. May also handle basic installations, lubrication of moving parts, and the calibration of equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians; May drive a forklift during the shift Performing operational checks, pressurization checks, check wires to meet specifications Ensures safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations Assisting with other duties as assigned Adheres to all company policies and procedures Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required for

Position :

• 1-2 years maintenance, helper, construction, or industrial experience preferred
• Able to work productively in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Adept at using various hand and power tools
• Must have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills required;
• Able to read a tape measure and gauges accurately
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Must be team oriented and posess good communication skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour
