Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and energetic maintenance personnel for our 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts at Sadler Travel Plaza in Emporia, Virginia. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas both inside and outside the travel plaza. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning practices is preferred but not required. A good work ethic and willingness to learn is a great start! Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards of both Sadler Brothers Oil Co. and the Shell brand. Basic maintenance skills including minor repairs or troubleshooting facilities issues. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any concerns promptly.
