Job description: Sweet Tree Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with pumps, plumbing, and electrical. Candidates should have a background and job experience in one or more of the following: Boiler operation and maintenance Vacuum pump operation and maintenance Plumbing work and design layout Millwright work

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing, operating, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions and implement necessary repairs Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using technical resources Weld and fabricate components (as needed) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Work as a team as well as independently Always maintain a safe work environment Other tasks as determined by management, including use of agricultural equipment (when needed) Have a valid state issued Drivers License as well as be able to keep Sweet Tree's management up to date with any changes to your drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in industrial boiler operation / maintenance

• highly preferred Background in Vacuum pump operation / maintenance
• highly preferred Background in Plumbing Design / work
• highly preferred Background in Millwright
• highly preferred Background in Welding and/or Welding Certification
• preferred Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing setting

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
