SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION

Assists the Maintenance Department in keeping the buildings and grounds clean and healthy according to safety standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments.
Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.
Assists in the repair or replacement of doors, windows, walls, flooring, and other wooden structure.
Assists in the repair or replacement of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating, air condition systems, lights, control switches, and other electrical items.
Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.
