Paver opereratoring or screw/screed operatoring experieince) Lute/Rake Crew Member Asphalt Maintenance Laborer Paver Operator Qualifications Previous asphalt paving experience required Valid Class A CDL required Ability to safely and efficiently operate an asphalt paver Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship Lute/Rake Crew Member & Asphalt Maintenance Laborer Asphalt experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right individuals.
