Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Maintenance Staff member and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Whether performing routine inspections or tackling repair projects, you'll be instrumental in supporting our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment. Conduct routine inspections of facilities equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. Utilize hand tools, schematics, electrical equipment, and programmable logic controllers to troubleshoot issues and execute repairs. Maintain building interior spaces through painting, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance tasks. Repair plumbing systems and perform maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document work completed accurately. Assist with maintenance painting projects and support other team members in facility upkeep as needed. Lawn Care Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Proficiency with electrical work, including electrical equipment repair and understanding schematics. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and HVAC system repair. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively; familiarity with ohmmeters for electrical testing. Knowledge of building interior maintenance, carpentry, painting, and facilities equipment upkeep. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Pay:
