Maintenance Personnel Competitive Pay Based on Experience Homax Oil Sales is a petroleum distributor with convenience store locations in central Wyoming. Homax is in need of a reliable employee to complete general handyman repairs and warehouse tasks for all facilities including store operations and warehouses. Duties General maintenance tasks on C-Store operations including painting, cleaning, camera installations, fuel island repairs, fixture installation and repair, equipment installation, parking lot maintenance, yard work and basic plumbing and electrical tasks. Perform general warehouse duties including unloading/loading trucks, product repackaging and cleaning tasks. Continuously inspection convenience stores and other facilities recognizing maintenance issues and reporting any hazards to the store manager and supervisor. Regular travel to various locations in central Wyoming. Operation of some machinery, vehicles, tools and other equipment. Typical Monday-Friday work week with overtime. Qualifications Positive attitude and ability to work independently. Ability to trouble shoot problems and execute tasks to completion. Ability to recognize maintenance issues and prioritize tasks. Ability to communicate issues with C-store managers and supervisors. Driver's license with clean driving record and able to pass a drug test.
