And so, we are seeking an individual who: + Always starts with the consumer + Is dedicated to doing it right the first time + Brings their best every day + Has an all-in mindset + Embraces the hard things and does them right away + Owns their outcomes + Gives back to their community Day-to-Day Responsibilities + Directly supervise employees in Maintenance. + Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. + Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. + Responsible for both employee safety as well as food safety. Actively involved in; coaching employees on all aspects of performing their duties in the safest manner possible for both personal safety and food safety. + Conducts regular Employee Communication Meetings. + Oversee adherence to PM schedules. + Responsible for coaching and developing team members. Facilitates team problem solving, decision making, fair and timely disciplinary action, and conflict resolution. Ensures performance appraisals and progress reports are done in a timely manner.
