The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general repairs. If you have a passion for maintaining beautiful environments and ensuring operational efficiency, we want to hear from you. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds. Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization. Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care. Operate hand tools and power tools. Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Support gardening initiatives by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed. Experience Familiarity with landscaping techniques and horticulture practices is preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is beneficial. A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
