Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and maintenance, is seeking a Planner to join their team. As a Planner, you will be part of the Asset Management department supporting the maintenance and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

M-F 7 am - 4:30 pm (OT opportunities) What's the Job? Support the JLL Asset Management journey towards a World Class Maintenance organization by planning electrical maintenance activities. Coordinate maintenance activities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance efficiently. Manage asset maintenance parts ordering process and optimize efforts through PM auto-ordering where applicable. Create and submit work requests, purchase requisitions, and ensure all POs are approved before scheduling work. Develop reports, analyze work order flow, and continuously improve work planning and scheduling processes. What's Needed? Minimum 5 years of direct experience in electrical trade, facilities, or operational roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong technical knowledge of EAMS CMMS and MRO systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and management levels. Ability to create ad hoc reports, write advanced queries, and develop dashboards is a plus. What's in it for me?
