Onsite Shift:

1st Shift, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at a high-volume manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop a maintenance team of 5 direct / 17 indirect reports Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance KPIs Oversee PM/PdM programs, CMMS, budgeting, and root-cause analysis Improve maintenance processes, safety, and standardized work Partner with Operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives Ideal background: 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership Strong hands-on troubleshooting and equipment reliability experience Experience with PLCs, blow molders, fillers, conveyors, compressors, and chillers Bottling or high-speed production experience strongly preferred Proven success developing or turning around maintenance teams Please apply if you believe you are a good fit and we will reach out!
