Responsibilities Oversee and perform routine and preventive maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Respond to guest requests and emergencies quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other department teams. Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of supplies. Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives. Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team. Proficiency in maintenance management software. Strong attention to detail and an eye for safety.
