Part Time Maintenance Supervisor Tri-Force Management Highland Beach, FL Job Details Part-time From $25 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Janitorial experience Groundskeeping Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our condominium association. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, and general day-to-day maintenance duties. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure the overall well-being and functionality of the condominium facilities. Duties Execute painting projects. Clean & Maintain all Breeseways & Stairwells Clean & Maintain Parking Lot Clean and maintain Pool area & Pool Bathrooms Clean and Maintain Building Lobby and Bathrooms Perform drywall repairs and patching as needed. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues. Replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets as required. Address minor plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures as necessary. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues.. Address any issues affecting the common areas and facilities. Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Ensure all work meets relevant building codes and regulations. Requirements 8am-4pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) 24hrs Proven ability to work in an unsupervised environment. Reports to off site manager. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with manager. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant certifications or training in industrial maintenance, electrical experience, HVAC repair, or safety regulations are highly desirable. This position is all about maintaining a clean and welcoming enviornment for the residents and thier guest's. Will report directly to the Property Manager.
