Job Description

SUPERINTENDENT - MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS

This Full-Time position will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. It requires the ability to exercise good judgement and knowledge of the organization, its programs and inter-departmental interactions. Successful candidate must have at least 5 years of maintenance experience. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish). Salary Commensurate with Experience.
