Hiring Bonus Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
"Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service Complete resident and property service requests Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical Pool maintenance, grounds Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor Must have EPA certification CPO certification is a plus! Must have a valid Driver's License #INDHP Experience Preferred 2 year(s):
