Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Center Manager to lead our automotive service operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily shop activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the automotive service center, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and develop a team of mechanics, technicians, and service advisors to ensure high performance standards Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, suspension work, transmissions, shocks & struts Implement upselling strategies by identifying additional services that meet customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity Ensure accurate auto estimating and service writing to provide clear communication with customers about repair costs and timelines Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure all technicians adhere to industry regulations and best practices Handle cash transactions responsibly while managing the overall financial performance of the center Foster excellent customer relationships through proactive communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Experience Proven experience managing an automotive service or repair center with a strong background in auto service management Extensive mechanic experience with knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, transmissions, oil changes, , suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts Dealership background is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate customers effectively while maintaining trust and transparency Experience in auto service sales is a plus Ability to drive safely at all times while demonstrating mechanical knowledge across various vehicle types Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in service writing and documentation Join us as an Automotive Center Manager where your leadership fuels success! $51,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
