Service Manager Requirements:

previous dealership & manufacturer experience required oversee and actively manage the service operations at a multi-line dealership comprised of seven domestic brands implement service procedures and processes to achieve departmental goals while adhering to dealership processes & safety protocols lead the service department in delivering excellent customer service work to improve efficiencies in service operations & communications w teammates & customers maintain, improve, and enhance customer, manufacturer, and vendor relationships manage and satisfy warranty claims, payments, and reporting for the various brands mentor the technicians, advisors, and support staff following the company vision & mission drive production while monitoring results in all aspects of the service operations having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve drive the entire service team towards customer satisfaction excellence and operational greatness Initiative. Service Manager Employment Package:

Hours & Compensation Monday

• Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and an occasional Saturday $120,000
• $150,000 annually
