full-time Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for thier smaller, 24/5 manufacturing facility near Franklin Park. The ideal Maintenance Team Lead will have a heightened electrical aptitude and be able to interpret schematics & perform basic PLC troubleshooting. Additional knowledge / experience with facilites maintennce (boilers & HVAC) would be preferred. This is a Day Shift Position workign Mon-Fri and offers a flexible schedule. The Maintenance Team Lead will be teh acting assistant to the Maintenance Manager. This is hands on role working on the manufacturign floor working with tenured Maintenance Techs & Machine Operators. Any hours over 40 / week are eligible for OT. Candidates will previous exprience in continuous process, high speed manufacturing are preferred Interested Candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ 610 617-1447 or email a current resume to LDouglas@judge.com This job will have the following responsibilities: Coordinate or assist with the activities of team members. Comply with all Safety, Operational and Employment policies and practices. Ensure team is following protocols pertaining to safety, quality, production, documentation, reports, good manufacturing practices, 5S compliance and cleaning procedures. Seek out opportunities to improve established manufacturing practices and anticipate inefficiencies and bring constructive solutions Understand machine requirements for effective and efficient operations. Understand defects to assist in rectifying issues. Train and mentor employees Support activities including analysis of departmental costs, investigation of significant variances, corrective actions and communication to teams of actions taken.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Associates Degree or Trade School Certifications preferred 3+ years maintenance experience in continuous process, high speed manufacturing Decent electrical aptitude - able to interpret schematics & perform basic PLC troubleshooting. Knowledge / experience with facilites maintennce (boilers & HVAC) would be preferred Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, Quality ISO/SQF, Continuous Improvement a plus. Ability to manage moderately complex issues and problems. Solid working knowledge of maintenance processes and related manufacturing.
