Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Maintenance Department

Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Preventative Maintenance
Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. Budget & Resource Management
Balance cost control with quality results. Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success. Safety & Compliance
Maintain compliance with all safety codes and healthcare regulations. Vendor Relations
Coordinate with HVAC contractors and other vendors for specialized projects and repairs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management , preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting. Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability. Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management .
