Maintenance Director - Full-Time Cass County Senior Living & Rehabilitation Virginia, Illinois Keep Our Facility Safe, Comfortable & Running Strong Cass County Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Director to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. If you're a problem-solver who can handle everything from everyday repairs to preventative maintenance, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday with on-call availability as needed for maintenance emergencies and facility needs. Responsibilities Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of the facility Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment, and facility systems Perform regular safety inspections and address maintenance concerns Coordinate outside vendors and contractors when necessary Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and in good working condition Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required Qualifications Previous maintenance experience required Maintenance experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of general repairs and preventative maintenance Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to participate in on-call responsibilities Join the Cass County Team!
