Job Description

A property management company is looking to hire a full-time property manager with maintenance experience to manage a manufactured home community in Argos, IN. Responsibilities Collect and deposit rent payments Provide notices to tenants Show vacant homes to prospective tenants Repair vacant manufactured homes and make them move-in ready oversee new home installations (communicate and coordinate home installers and other third party vendors) Lawn mowing Skills & Qualifications Computer skills Prior maintenance experience
