Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and team performance to minimize downtime and support continuous production.Job Duties:
Supervise maintenance technicians and electricians performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
