TITLE:
Maintenance Supervisor
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Supervise and coordinate day to day work activities of mechanical and electrical technicians to support cast film manufacturing process.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED and three to seven years related experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting and following Safety Rules and Regulations
Supervise Maintenance Department functions to support manufacturing of cast stretch film.
Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
Able to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong knowledge of Electrical, PLCs and Drives.
Develop training manuals for maintenance department.
Prepare monthly performance reports and present to the upper management.
Able to implement improvement projects to minimize equipment downtime and improve machine efficiency.
Available for call-ins during nights and weekends as equipment issues arise.
Analyze downtime and reports and monthly performance reports, etc.
Manage spare stock purchasing & store stock application (SSA).
Execute special improvement / capital projects.
Assign and oversee engineers' and technicians day-day work schedule / projects and monitor progress through the Word Order System.
Prepare and train engineers and technicians.
Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.
Review all work orders, P.M., records, and forms.
Review/Approve evaluation for engineers and techs.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S.
Order parts/repair (Issue P/R).
Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for scheduled P.M. and major repair.
Modify root cause problem, analysis improvement.
Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand and power tools, hydraulic presses and shears, and welding equipment.
Review, evaluate, accept, and coordinate completion of work bid from contractors.
Able to perform general building maintenance and repairs.
Other duties as assigned by Maintenance/Plant Manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION
Manufacturing Environment
Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
Loud Noise
Able to lift up to 50lbs and repetitive action of lifting and bending
Able to stand for up to 12hrs
Must wear steel toe shoes and appropriate PPE on production floor all times
