HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the plant's maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability, improve operational efficiency, and support safe, uninterrupted production. You will drive preventive maintenance initiatives, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure maintenance activities align with production goals while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. This is a working supervisor role that combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on maintenance support. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team while actively participating in equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
