32, WS-5801-15, you will plan overall allocion of personnel and resources for the organizion ensuring accomplishment of work operions. Analyze work plans developed by subordine supervisors for work orders, projects, and the stus of work accomplished. Explain work requirements to subordine supervisors, sets deadlines and sequence of operions. Recommend promotion or reassignment of subordine supervisors and reviews personnel actions prepared by supervisors. Make formal appraisal of supervisors' work performance and reviews employee appraisals submitted by them. Participe with higher level management officials and staff to study, develop and recommend changes in requirements, work techniques and standards. Determine long-range training needs for all levels of subordines, submit funding requests, and arranges for the accomplishment of training. Develop, publish, and ensure employee compliance with standing opering procedures for the activity supervised. Implement and comply with agency, ste, and Federal regulory Occupional Safety and Health, and environmental requirements. Prepare for and participe in various types of readiness evaluions, inspections, mobilizion and command support exercises. Perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Experience which demonstres the ability to organize assignments for subordines and explain manuals and work procedures. Experience estiming merial and manpower needed for specific jobs. Experience preparing production records, work records and reports.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have 36 months experience diagnosing, repairing, overhauling, and modifying vehicles, equipment, and systems. Experience applying independent judgment in determining methods and techniques required to solve maintenance and repair problems. Experience in testing, inspecting, and evaluing the work performed on vehicles, equipment and systems. Experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. Experience reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Experience which demonstres the ability to supervise and communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes. Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situions.
