Job Description

We are a large church looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with general facilities management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will attend to all areas of our campus and take pride in maintaining the property and facilities. This person will also have a wide skill set that encompasses multiple trades. Responsibilities Minor plumbing, electrical or structural repairs Scheduling vendors and contractors Equipment implementation and repair Painting Groundskeeping Supervision of housekeeping staff Set-up and tear-down for events Skills Proven work experience in related field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Ability to perform physical labor Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Punctual, dependable and hardworking
